My First Property - Chelmsford - Let's Maximise Rental Income in Essex.

Working with my amazing mentors from the Host & Scale programme, a property based in Chelmsford, Essex was referred by one of my mentors, Ollie Whitehouse (Truestays) and from speaking to the landlords, and getting a real feel for their property. I was born in Chelmsford in the 90's at St John's Hospital (not there anymore) so the birth of my business will be where I was brought into this world. It seemed a lovely fitting.
The landlords will have a very personal experience from myself, and from time to time, my VA who will help on urgent requests, otherwise this will all be from myself.
The landlords family home is being vacated due to a change in circumstances this summer, and as of today - 03/04/26 the contracts got signed. The next steps will be the professional pictures, and all the safety requirements when renting out your property such as Gas Safe, Electricity Report & a Fire Risk Assessment. These must be completed annually to be safe for paying guests and trades people, like the cleaning company.
