If you're not aware who I am, I am Adam (Romford boy at heart, now living in Kent) - a world traveller (38 countries, and 27 American states).

I have 10 years of experience working in Creative Advertising, 5 years of working on the frontline within the NHS in a range of Administration roles. 

On top of this, I have worked a range of Customer / Client Service roles within Retail, Hospitality & Delivery Driving, so I have a vast range of experience working with all types of people.

I became a solo home-owner back in June 22, which I have got my house how I want it to look, so I know a few things about this industry, including typical things your guest(s) will be looking for, coming from personal experience. Whether this be from a mini break, or living that digital nomad/contractor life, I understand what your guest(s) want and need.

I have booked or stayed in over 50+ Airbnb's, either in the UK or abroad, ranging from all different types of properties.

I want to help maximise your profits in the short-term rental market (areas I am focusing on for Airbnb Management are Kent, Essex & London) due to living in or near these areas.

I love the idea of having my company be a very personable experience, something that working in A&E can lack due to the sheer volume, this is something ADSProperties395 wants to do, not be one of these companies with 100+ properties being managed.

We will always work closely with you, and get your property on as many OTA's (Online Travel Agent) websites to maximise listings.

In my free time, I love keeping fit, gaming, Netflix, Travelling, Festivals and of course seeing my friends & family who mean so much to me <3
