Safety
Safety of your Airbnb property will be our top priority, as we understand how expensive buying a property is.
How we will do this, is:
1) We will screen guests before - see their reviews, check their ID's (hold these on file)

2) A £200 deposit will be held on account, which will be refunded to guests if there is no damage.

3) Cleaners will take before & after pictures
​
4) Before all of this, we will talk to you prior to what you have in stall, and if you would be wanting to change anything - aka lockpads, CCTV on outside of property etc. (Anything extra you may want, would be additional) we will not pressure you into anything, but can advise on recommended products from our trusted team.
Maintenance
ADSProperties395 will look after this for you, with trusted people we work with.
However, if you would like to work with people you have in the past, this of course is absolutely fine.
