You can have a totally hands-off experience, so sit back and let us deal with everything, and we'll generate a monthly invoice which will show your net pay after cleaners, any maintenance problems (if applicable), and our fee.

We can also do a Co-listing,, so if you want to be involved in certain parts, we can of course do this with you, and have a lower fee to represent this.
