ADSProperties395 does indeed have a damage deposit - we have 2 options.
Option 1
A refundable deposit of up to £500
(size of the property). This will be inspected upon check-out from our team.

If deliberate damage, or rules have been broken/breach, then some/more or all of this will be communicated with you why this is being held along with evidence.
This will be either held on account or charged (subject depending) and processed the same day after the inspection.
Please note some banks may take a few working days to process the refund.
Option 2
A Non-refundable £50 per night (up to £150, so 3 nights) damage waiver to cover the stay.
Please note that if deliberate damage has been caused that exceeds this, this will be communicated and charged accordingly.

Minor accidents, which have been communicated with the team, will not be charged any extra.
