ADSProperties395 does indeed have a damage deposit - we have 2 options.
Option 1
A refundable deposit of up to £500
(size of the property). This will be inspected upon check-out from our team.
If deliberate damage, or rules have been broken/breach, then some/more or all of this will be communicated with you why this is being held along with evidence.
Option 2
A Non-refundable £50 damage waiver to cover for the stay.
Please note that if deliberate damage has been caused exceeding more than this, this will be communicated and charged accordingly.
For minor accidents, which have been communicated with the team, will not be charged any extra.
