If the booking is less than 5 days long, you can cancel 5 days before check-in, to receive a full refund.

If the booking is between 5 and 14 days long, you can cancel 7 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

If the booking is for 14 days, or more, you can cancel 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking with us, you will receive a full refund, with the exception of bookings that are made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date.

With all cancellations, a small refund processing fee may be charged

If you have made the booking through an OTA (Online Travel Agent) such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc, the cancellation policy is stated on your booking confirmation.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Please note, every booking, we will send out a guest contract - which will have all this and more details between the property you stay in.
